Please read the following carefully before you proceed to write the exam.

  1. This exam has been designed to measure thirteen categories required of Mortgage Alliance consultants . These categories include:
  • Mortgage Alliance General Knowledge
  • Support (Active agents only)
  • MACVO
  • MortgageBase
  • Prospecting Clients
  • Client Presentations
  • Personal Marketing and Advertising
  • Underwriting
  • Statement of Mortgage (Ontario agents only)
  • File Submission
  • Business Plans
  • Lenders/Partners
  • Ethic and Fraud Prevention

  1. There are 40 multiple choice questions randomly chosen from the above categories.

  1. You have a total of one hour to write the entire exam and should therefore plan your time accordingly to ensure you have enough time to answer each part of the exam. It is suggested that you pass over any difficult questions and return to them later if you have time.
     
  2. The exam score will be the total of correct answers. You do not lose marks for wrong answers.
     
  3. The agent must enter his/her agent code to start the exam.
     
  4. The exam results will be available to the candidate within 2 weeks after writing the exam. If you have any concerns about your results, please contact:
