Videos can be included and we recommend them where motion is useful to optimally present the learning content. The higher the bandwidth of the video, the more likely it is that some participants won’t be able to view it easily. This sample uses 80 kbps, which is a reasonable compromise between quality and bandwidth for the content being shown.
