to whom a promise of performance is made. This course focuses on the
the concepts of personal and corporate suretyship, bonding
qualifications, characteristics of surety bonds, and provides a
detailed analysis of the various types of surety bonds, including
contract bonds, license and permit bonds, judicial bonds, and
miscellaneous bonds.
