Homeowners Property Coverages

The focus on this CE course is the understanding of habitational insurance. The students will take an in depth look at Section I of a habitational policy, including the definitions and coverages provided. The three most common homeowners forms will be discussed and the students will gain an understanding of the insured perils and the exclusions for each form.
